📲 1. Check for Updates

Many issues are fixed in the latest version of the app.


Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to make sure Life Reset is fully updated.

Keeping the app up to date ensures you have the latest improvements, fixes, and performance updates.


🛜 2. Check Your Network Connection

Life Reset can be used offline for basic task completion, but some features require an internet connection, including:

  • Syncing progress and streaks

  • Updating stats and XP

  • Community features and challenges

If something isn’t updating properly, make sure you’re connected to a stable network.


☁️ 3. Make Sure Your Data Is Backed Up

Before taking major steps like uninstalling or reinstalling the app, confirm that your data is safely saved.

Cloud Backup
Ensure cloud backup is enabled so your progress, streaks, and history are protected.

Manual Backup (Recommended)
Create a manual backup from Settings before reinstalling or switching devices.

This helps prevent any accidental data loss.

If the issue persists, you can contact us directly through the “Contact Support” option in the app’s settings.

When reaching out, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if possible

  • Your backup file (if the issue involves data or progress)

This helps us resolve your issue faster.
