Can I pause the program?
Once the program has started, it cannot be paused or stopped.
However, you can choose to restart the program from Day 1 at any time if you want a fresh start.
Will the program start immediately after signing up?
Yes. As soon as you sign up for the free trial, the program begins and you’ll see Day 1.
Day 1 is intentionally light and easy, so you can ease into the system without pressure.
When does a new day start?
A new day starts at 4:00 AM according to your selected time zone.
This reset time is consistent throughout the entire 66-day program.
How do I change my tasks?
You can edit your tasks at any time:
Go to Settings
Tap Edit Program
Add or delete tasks, or adjust their intensity, frequency, and schedule
Changes will apply going forward.
