Streaks, Achievements, Ratings

Updated over a month ago

What is a streak?

A streak tracks how consistently you show up.

To secure a streak for a day, you need to complete at least two tasks on that day. Completing fewer than two tasks will not count toward your streak.

What streak milestones are available?

Life Reset has six major streak milestones:

  • 7-day

  • 14-day

  • 33-day

  • 66-day

  • 96-day

  • 132-day

Each milestone represents sustained consistency over time and unlocks special achievements.

What are achievements?

Achievements are milestones that recognize progress and commitment.

They unlock when you:

  • reach certain streak lengths

  • hit specific rating levels

  • complete tasks on certain days (e.g. Day 7, Day 33, Day 66)

Achievements are designed to celebrate effort, not perfection.

What are ratings?

Ratings reflect your overall progress and growth throughout the program.

You can see three ratings:

  • Day 1 Rating – your starting point when you begin the program

  • Current Rating – your progress right now

  • Day 66 Rating – your maximum potential if you complete the full program

Ratings help visualize how far you’ve come and what you’re working toward.
