What if I lose my streak?

If your streak is broken due to a system issue or unexpected error, you can request a restore.

How to restore your streak:

  • Email us at [email protected]

  • Include your User ID

  • Briefly explain what happened
    Our team will help review and restore your streak if eligible.


I can’t use my paid plan

If your subscription is active but features are locked:

  1. Go to the paywall screen.

  2. Tap “Restore” at the top.

  3. If it still doesn’t work, email us your User ID and we’ll manually fix it.


I can’t sign in to my account

First, check:

  • Are you using the same email you used to register?

  • Did you sign in with Apple, Google, or email before?

If you’re still locked out:

  • Include your User ID (if available)

  • Tell us the email you think you used


All my progress is gone

This usually happens when you sign in with a different email or login method.

Please:

  1. Try signing in with all emails you may have used.

  2. If you still can’t find your data, send us your User ID via email and we’ll help locate your account.


I can’t turn off Hard Mode

Hard Mode is designed for strong commitment and discipline, so it cannot be turned off manually.

However:

  • If you fail to complete tasks for 2 consecutive days, the app will automatically show an exit suggestion for Hard Mode.

  • This allows you to switch back to normal mode while keeping your progress.

Hard Mode is meant to challenge you, but we also support flexibility when consistency breaks.
