What is included in my subscription?

Your Life Reset subscription includes:

Full access to 5 mini tools (Guided meditation, screen blocker, book summary etc.)
Custom Tasks: Add tasks that match your life, goals, and energy
Seasons Challenge: Compete against other users and grow together
Hard Mode: Opt into stricter rules and higher standards
Historical Statistics: See your real progress over time

By subscribing to Life Reset, you’re supporting our mission to help people reclaim their potential without burning out or giving up.

We believe discipline shouldn’t be reserved for the already-strong or hyper-motivated. That’s why everyone starts with the same core system. Our mission is to build a self-improvement framework that helps people show up consistently, recover from failure, and feel proud of the life they’re building.

How do I subscribe?

On the Life Reset app (iOS or Android):

Open the Life Reset app
Sign in to your Life Reset account
Tap the gear icon at the top of the screen to go to Settings
Go to Current Plan section and tap “Manage Plan”
Select your plan and confirm

All subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Life Reset subscription at any time.

You will need to cancel your subscription based on how you originally started the subscription.

Deleting the app and/or your account does not cancel your subscription.

If you subscribed inside the Life Reset app (iOS or Android):

Open the Life Resest app
Tap the gear icon at the top of the screen to go to Settings
Go to Current Plan section and tap “Manage Plan”
Select “Cancel subscription” and proceed to cancel
Confirm cancellation through Google Play Store or App Store

If you subscribed through your phone's settings:

For Android phones/devices: Follow “these instructions” from Google
For iOS phones/devices: Follow “these instructions” from Apple

What can I expect after canceling?

You will keep full access to Life Reset for the remainder of the subscription period.
You will no longer be billed automatically once you cancel your subscription.
You can reactivate your subscription anytime.
Canceling your subscription will not retroactively refund subscription payments.
Previously charged subscription fees cannot be prorated based on cancellation date.

How do I request a refund?

Generally, all charges for in-app purchases are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. It is up to the discretion of the processor (Google Play or Apple) to successfully process the refund request.
